INCUBATION VENTURE PARTNERS (IVP)
Incubation Venture Partners LLC is the venture capital arm of Incubate Group Corp. and is in the process of forming its first fund with qualified accredited investors, the Azcatl Seed Capital Fund I, a potential $20 million dollar venture capital fund to finance development of original creative properties, including video games, toys, television and graphic novels. The management of the fund has currently signed ten Letters of Interest and is actively exploring funding a variety of opportunities in the entertainment industry. Incubation Venture Partners anticipates raising a second fund for expansion capital to support those companies that graduate out of Azcatl Seed Capital Fund.

AZCATL SEED CAPITAL FUND
The Azcatl Seed Capital Fund derives its name from an Aztec myth about a little red ant who played his part to save the world. According to the story, Quetzalcoatl created humanity but forgot to create a way to feed them. He searched fruitlessly for a way to feed his creation, and eventually discovered something amazing: a little red ant effortlessly carrying a kernel of corn ten times bigger than his tiny body. After much negotiation, Quetzalcoatl convinced the ant to show him the ant’s secret stockpile and found an endless supply of food, thereby saving humanity.
The Azcatl Seed Capital Fund I is a limited liability company that is in the process of raising a $20 million seed and early stage fund with qualified accredited investors to support new and original cross-media or transmedia entertainment properties. Incubation Venture Partners LLC will be the fund manager for Azcatl Seed Capital Fund I, and is the venture capital arm of Incubate Group Corp.
The Azcatl Seed Capital Fund will support early stage development of new cross-media or transmedia entertainment properties by making equity investments directly into production companies or into intellectual property holding companies owned by creators. Incubate Group actively works with each creator before, during and after funding, assisting them to maximize each property’s potential.

Incubate Group has developed a web-based community software platform (ICP) that allows creators, marketers and organizations of all types to create dynamic online communities that integrate editorial content, user created content and social networking capabilities.
ICP 1.0 is a combination of four modules including - a content management system, a customer relationship management system, an ad serving system and an optional online learning system. The 1.0 system was built from the ground up to allow logging and tracking of customer needs, behaviors and intent -- essentially creating a 24x7x365 online focus group that could be mined for business use.
ICP 2.0 will feature new real-time business intelligence, action based marketing, lead scoring, auto-targeting, marketing automation and community management triggers and tasks all powered by real data on a specific user's behavior but also within the context of content on that community site. ICP 2.0 will allow creators, marketers and organizations of all types in real-time to know what their community members are saying and doing, to gauge & reward brand affinity, find and encourage the influencers, support your best "viral" customers to build traffic and awareness. Additionally at a much higher level, community manager's will be able to identify trends quickly and easily, allow the company to test new messages, page layouts, emails quickly and then automatically optimize for the intended result. Overall the goal is to supercharge online marketing putting a powerful tool into each community managers hands to make impactful and relevant business decisions based on analytical, real and tested user behavior.
ICP can be customized for all types of Internet and Intranet communities, including those surrounding entertainment properties and games, organizations, public interest campaigns, political campaigns, professional associations, opposition/competitive research, online media or communities.
Incubate Group will offer the ICP to our portfolio companies for free and it will power the online presence for each of their entertainment properties -- providing an online hub, social network and turbo charged online marketing engine for each property.

First Incubate Community Platform Based Online Community
Q1 2008
The first licensed ICP powered community launched in private beta in November 2007. While this community site is in private beta we cannot publicly discuss details and so can only provide a general description.
It is a web community developed for a specific vertical industry and makes use of the unique functionality offered in the ICP. We are integrating several open source solutions and data mashups to provide a mix of new features in this roll out.
