Incubate Group funds, develops and produces original cross-media entertainment properties for children, families and adults.
Incubate Group works with top creators and emerging talent in exchange for a direct financial interest in the resulting company or property. Incubate assists the creators in an ala-carte mode providing both relationships and services directly and through partners to ensure their optimal success. Incubate operates similarly to a Venture Capital (VC) firm funding multiple creative projects from inception to commercial release.
Incubate Group works with the creators to help grow these entertainment properties, help the creators maintain their vision, build healthy businesses and develop unique plans to bring their products to market cost effectively. Once an Incubate backed property has launched and proven its commercial viability, Incubate assists in expanding the property's reach and revenues through strategic partnerships and licensing.
Incubate Group is signing a diverse array of creators (ethnically, racially, gender and media format expertise) to invest in their products or production companies while also providing a suite of services to help them scale and retain creative control so our investment and the creators controlling financial interest remains undiluted as long as possible while the creative concept "finds its legs" and builds an audience while the production or holding company increases its valuation.
Incubate Group focuses exclusively on properties that can be readily extended across multiple media formats (e.g. print, TV, toys, and games).
Media formats we develop properties for include:
- Licensed products including toys, collectibles, apparel
- Electronic games including online, downloadable, handheld and PC
- Hobby games including board, collectible card, role playing
- Print products including books, graphic novels and comics
- Video & Film releases including online videos and direct to DVD
